Setting Up Software Contract Renewal Notifications

Select "Software" from the left toolbar.

1. Choose the software for which you want to receive notifications.

   

2. Click the "three dots" in the upper right corner.

3. Click the "Edit" button.

   

4. Enter the "Contract Start Date," "Agreement Cycle," and "Contract Renewal Notification" then toggle the contract renewal notification to ON.

   • The next contract renewal date is calculated based on the entered contract start date and contract period.

5. Click "Save" to complete the notification settings.

   

Checking Software Contract Renewal Notifications

You can check the next contract renewal date in the "Contract Renewal Date" column on the software list screen. If the renewal notification setting is ON, a bell icon 🔔 will be displayed.

You can also check the next contract renewal date and the notification timing for contract renewal on the software details screen.

Turning Off Software Contract Renewal Notifications

• Turning Off Notifications Individually

  Open the details screen of the software for which you want to turn off the contract renewal notification.

  1. Click the "three dots" in the upper right corner.

  2. Click the "Edit" button.

     

  3. Toggle the contract renewal notification to OFF.

  4. Click "Save."

     

  5. When the contract renewal notification setting is turned OFF, the bell icon 🔔 displayed in the "Contract Renewal Date" on the software list screen will disappear.

Department Managers Receiving Software Contract Renewal Notifications

When a management department is set for software, the members set as department managers for that software can receive contract renewal notifications.

• Software with a management department set will not send renewal notifications to system administrators.
