Linking Shadow ID (CSV)

Select "Software Management" from the toolbar.

1. Click on the software for which you want to link the Shadow ID.

   

2. Click on "Shadow ID" within the "Usage" tab.

3. Click on "Batch Link" on the right side.

   

4. Click "Download Shadow ID List" to download a CSV file.

   

5. Enter information in the CSV file under "Email Address in Wasurenai Account".

   Item Name	Details to Enter
   Email Address (Link Key)	The email address displayed in the Shadow ID is automatically entered.
   Email Address in Wasurenai Account	Enter the email address registered in Wasurenai for the member you want to link.

6. Drag the CSV file or upload it by selecting "Choose File" to complete the account linking.

   

Linking Shadow ID (Manual Input)

Select "Software Management" from the toolbar.

1. Click on the software for which you want to link the Shadow ID.

   

2. Click on "Shadow ID" within the "Usage" tab.

3. Select "Link" from the three-dot menu on the right side of the Shadow ID you want to link.

   

4. Select the member you want to link and click "Complete Linking" to finish linking the Shadow ID.

💡 By "Guest Approving" a Shadow ID, you can move it to the "Guest ID" tab. This allows you to manage accounts such as administrator accounts or external guest accounts that do not exist as members separately as approved, and only check accounts that are being used unexpectedly in the Shadow ID tab.

1. Select "Guest Approve" from the three-dot menu on the right side of the target Shadow ID.

   

   ※ You can also perform the same operation by selecting the checkbox of the target Shadow ID and clicking "Guest Approve" at the top right.

   

2. Enter information and click the "Approve" button. (Required item: Guest ID Type)

   

3. The approved Shadow ID will be moved to the "Guest ID" tab.
