Overview

In ワスレナイ, you can retrieve, register, and edit software license information. This feature allows you to manage usage fees and account license application information on a per-license basis.

For some software like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, license information can be automatically retrieved. (You can check the target software here).

Automatic License Information Retrieval

For software where license information can be automatically retrieved, a list of license information is displayed in the Usage Fee tab of the software details screen.

Additionally, in the account list, you can also check which license information is set for each account.

Switching to Automatic License Information Retrieval Settings

If the automatic license retrieval feature is not supported, you need to manually switch to license-based fee calculation.

  1. Turn on the "Calculate per license" toggle in the Usage Fee tab.

  2. Click the "three-dot leader" in the upper right corner.

  3. Click "Edit Authentication Info"

  4. Click "Save" to re-authenticate.

Manual License Information Setting

Even for software where license information cannot be automatically retrieved, you can manually register and manage license information.

Select the "Usage Fee" tab in the software details screen.
