How to Change the mapping Method of Software Accounts and Members

Select the softwares from the toolbar on the left.

1. Click on the software for which you want to change the mapping method of software accounts and members.

   

2. Click the gear icon ⚙ in the upper right corner.

   

3. Select the mapping method and close the modal.

   

4. Click "Data acquisition" to complete the mapping.

   

Note: Once an account and member information are linked, changing the linking logic method will not unlink them.
