Setting Up Hardware Contract Renewal Notifications

Select "Hardware" from the left toolbar.

1. Click the three-dot menu of the hardware for which you want to receive notifications.

2. Hover over "Edit" and click "Edit Details."

   

3. Enter "Purchase/Contract Start Date," "Agreement Cycle," and "Notification Renewal Notification," and turn on the toggle for contract renewal notifications.

   

   Note: Disposal/Cancellation dates are unrelated to notifications.

4. Press "Save" to complete the notification settings.

   

Checking Hardware Contract Renewal Notifications

You can check the next contract renewal date in the "Contract Renewal Date" column on the hardware list screen. If the renewal notification setting is ON, a 🔔 mark will be displayed.

You can also check the next contract renewal date on the hardware details screen.

Turning OFF Hardware Contract Renewal Notifications

• Turning OFF Notifications Individually

  1. Click the three-dot menu of the hardware for which you want to turn off contract renewal notifications.

  2. Hover over "Edit" and click "Edit Details."

     

  3. Turn off the toggle for contract renewal notifications.

     

  4. Click "Save."

     

  5. Turning off the contract renewal notification setting will remove the 🔔 mark from the "Contract Renewal Date" on the software list screen.
