You can receive notifications for administrators and members via chat tools.
Select settings from the toolbar.
Click on the External Collaboration tab.
Click the "+ Add fetching software" button within the notifications for administrators or members.
Select the chat tool where you want to receive notifications.
Refer to the integration setup steps for each chat tool below to proceed with the settings.

Click the "Stop fetching" button within the notifications for administrators or members.
Click the "Remove Integration" button in the dialog to remove the external notification integration settings.
