Change Hardware Information via CSV

Select "Hardware Items" from the toolbar.

1. Click the three dots in the upper right corner.

2. Click "Download".

   

   ※ You can also change registration information using the downloaded template from "Send Download link".

   

3. Rewrite only the items to be changed in the downloaded CSV.

   ※ Status, User Name, Administrator Task, Hardware Allocation, User, Start Date, and End Date cannot be changed in the CSV.

4. Select the device type of any hardware.

   ※ Changes will be reflected even if there are changes other than the selected device type.

   

5. Click the "three dots" in the upper right corner.

6. Hover over "Bulk Edit Detail" and click "Upload CSV File".

   

7. Drag the CSV file or upload it by "Select File" to complete the change of hardware registration information.

   

Change on Wasurenai

Select "Hardware" from the toolbar.

1. Select the device type of the hardware whose registration information you want to change.

   

2. Select the checkbox of the hardware whose registration information you want to change.

   

3. Click the "three dots" next to selected items.

4. Hover over "Edit Detail" and click "Edit Selected Hardware Information".

   

5. Enter the items you want to edit and click "Save".

   

※ You can also change registration information from "three dots" next to each hardware > "Edit" > "Edit Details".
